Warranty

Chinchillaz offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on its stainless-steel Material including: Coffee and Tea Machines Only complies with manufacturer's warranty terms. ALL other product are not under any warranty except what is mentioned in Return and Refund Policy Section.

Dents and scratches resulting from dropping, or normal use are excluded. (Your container painting and graphics may be chipped and scratched from regular wear, impacts or normal abrasion; these are not considered product defects.)

Additionally, warranty does not cover normal wear, tear or breakage resulting from abuse or misuse.

Please make sure you provide us with all the information we need to validate your warranty and replace your product.
